Q: What are the system requirements?
Operating System: Windows (Vista, 7, 8 and 10) 64-bit Version
Additional: Requires .NET Framework 4.5 or later
Q: Is there a demo/trial version available to download for free?
Yes. You can download the demo from the VUME product page. More information regarding what features are available when compared to the full version are also available on the product page.
Q: Where can I purchase VUME?
You can purchase VUME direct from us from the VUME product page. All our orders are processed by BMT Micro.
Q: Is there an instruction manual?
Yes! The manual can be accessed from the About menu item within VUME.
Q: Why do my thumbnails and/or another settings not update when I upload a video to YouTube?
Check to ensure you have verified your YouTube account. Certain features are restricted by YouTube. You can confirm which features are enabled/disabled by heading to your Dashboard, selecting Channel from the menu and then Status & Features.
Q: Where can I report any problems/bugs/issues with VUME?
You can report any problems, bugs and/or issues with VUME by using our contact page and selecting the Bug Report item when choosing the Contact Reason.
Q: What editing options are available under the Advanced tab for editing YouTube video details?
Currently you can change the following options under the Advanced tab:
- Allow Embedding
- License and rights ownership
- Make video statistics on the watch page publicly visible
- Recording date
Q: Where can I request a new feature?
You can request a new feature for VUME by using our contact page and selecting the Feedback item when choosing the Contact Reason.
VuMe does not collect and transmit any personal data to Digitum Software or anyone else. VuMe does use 3rd party services (i.e. YouTube) so please ensure you are aware of any other relevant privacy policies.
